A ton of people are losing a shit ton of money right now. I’m glad I’m out of that mess. I got that rental at the very end of 2018, at the beginning the rent was higher than the mortgage payment but then in 2022 taxes went up and I was putting out of pocket about $100 bucks per month.
That’s why with my biz partner we took the decision to part with it last year and sold it this year
We managed the property ourselves and never had an issue with a tenant (we not racist screen them hahaha) jk jk we screened tenants and chose the ones with a really high income… anyway never again doing rentals
