My friend connected her Damus account to Coinos. It says it's connected, but she can't receive zaps and gets an error. We can't figure out what the issue is. Can you help? #asknostr #plebchain

Have her try adding her LN again in her profile settings and make sure she saves the changes. When I look at her profile there is no LN address info.

Can confirm. There is no Lightning address showing in her profile on Jumble, Coracle, or Amethyst.

It probably is, but I can't check at the moment because now my Alby Hub isn't accessible. 😂

I think Alby's relay is down.
