How is that a win? All I see is shitcoining, loans, yeilds etc. which is actually very backwards progress.

What’s the point of owning Bitcoin if you can’t ever trade it for a house?

This paper doesn't mention Bitcoin at all.

Also where do we need that paper, in order to trade our bitcoin for a houses?

You wouldn’t consider bitcoin a form of crypto currency?
