What would be the best way to model this as Nostr events?
kind 39700: editable bookmark with comment, tags, "d" tag as the bookmarked URL
or
kind 3970: normal bookmark event with "r" as the bookmarked URL
+
kind 1111: comment on that -- you can't edit the comment
