Got to work with one of my Chef friends tonight catering a 3 course dinner for 20 at a private residence. I need to do this type of work more often. It's fulfilling and the guests are courteous and gracious.

In the winter, he does 15-20 nights a month doing private dinners. He flew out for this event this week, as a family has hired him to work at their French Chateaux until October.

Funny, it took all of 45 seconds to orange-pill him to pay me. Immediately said he needs his clients to pay him in Bitcoin, too. He automatically appreciated the ease of traveling internationally with it. For some people it just clicks.
