The $5000 DOGE refund is directly copying what Bukele did with Bitcoin payouts to his population

It's just going to be a USDC payout instead of direct bitcoin payments

So everyone's gonna have to download a certain application to get that money. You think thats how its going to work. You think they are building a whole new application.
