Yes. I found it to be very fast at bitcoin. Lightning was another story. I switched to using phoenix wallet, so I could just swap on that end. It’s been very effective.

I get paid from my daughter for her utilities, so it's really easy to buy btc. I haven't used Cashapp for lightning, I know it can be done, but I use other wallets for that like alby, WoS and now Mutiny... I really like Mutiny because I don't need an app.
They are still working on lightning. My last transaction was finally cancelled after nearly 36 hours. It’s not normally that bad. Bitcoin transfer has been rock solid though, and I think it’s one of the easiest apps to buy bitcoin on.
