This is my third time doing the "#Keto Diet". From time to time I do it to lose some weight and clean up my system. It works pretty well and I've been feeling great. Except that this time I got an inflammation on my skin that only now I'm finding that is somewhat common.

It's known as Keto #Rash and it itches like hell. Some will say is vitamin deficiency and I heard that it can also be normal skin fungus that get's out of control when there's no sugar on your blood.

Anyway, I'm ingesting some vitamin supplements, will stay away from heat, sweat and sun and maybe spread some anti-fungus unguent. Let's hope that works, I'm still 2 weeks away from my keto-diet goal.

Lemon-ginger juice shots are the best natural remedy for inflammation. Not sure if it's keto friendly but it's just blending up ginger chunks, whole lemons, and maybe an orange or some pineapple. Add some salt, tumeric, and maple syrup to make it sweet and strain. Drink a few times a day for a few day.
