For the initial release, the Dolphin Card will not be available in the US or Canada. Later we will be releasing a non-reloadable VisaĀ® card for American and Canadian users.

The Dolphin Card is not available to users in, and/or citizens of the following countries:

Afghanistan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Burma (Myanmar), Central African Republic, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Kosovo, Libya, Macedonia (North), Nicaragua, North Korea / Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe

Additionally, the Dolphin Card may not be used with merchants billing from or located in:
