True. I like to track my runs tho, you’d be surprised how much I go back and look at the route or timing to provide context for something I’m trying to remember.

I believe it!

I like using my phone to count steps and for occasionally walking briskly.

I never have to think about it. And I find the health benefits far outweigh the remote privacy issues.

I'm always finding ways to take a few more steps. Or go somewhere walking briskly that I wouldn't otherwise normally do..🍏
