Same, even the tone of the response, it’s sooooo Starmer, dull and shit.
Not even a nod to why people might be concerned.
I would think about moving to Russia, as I've lived there before and I have Russian in laws, but sadly, our 'mortal enemy' is also bringing in exactly the same digital fascism for their citizens, so I will have to look elsewhere. Seems to me that the elites in all countries don't give a fuck about nation-state bullshit. They want total global control.
We've discussed moving too... but where is tricky, many places likely to have the same issues, anywhere in the EU for example. I'm eligible for an Irish passport but the situation is complicated. I like the idea of being on a small island somewhere, we even discussed setting up a studio in The Azores but it's quite an undertaking and I'm not sure if it's realistic. In fact one of the reasons for setting up the show was to provide an alternative, portable, income stream, whilst that may not provide much, the skills learned I think will become more valuable over time.
I think civil unrest is on the cards but my biggest fear is how easily people can be manipulated into basic left/right positions that set us against each other. We all need to be looking up, not side to side.
