We don’t chose where in the world we are born. Inequality and lack of fairness is everywhere you look. Some people have it easy and for some every single task is a multitude more difficult.

Some people are able to coast through life and never have to work for anything. This doesn’t play out in the context of strength. It is an equalizer and you don’t get any real results without putting the work in.

Sure some can afford exclusive clubs, trainers personal chefs, and gear, but 200 lbs is 200 lbs. Their privilege evaporates when sweat is involved. The force of gravity and the weight of plates are constant. They do not change - but we can change how our bodies deal with it. We can get stronger.

Physical strength is largely a choice and not a matter of ability or privilege. It starts with a mindset for continuous improvement. Anyone can do it. Choosing to get stronger is the key to becoming stronger.
