Oh man. That's nuts, but I do get it. We Bitcoiners think that everyone understands Bitcoin and that it's a no brainer, but as we know, that's just not case. Nice try though and don't give up!!! Maybe nostr without having to think it's also a Bitcoin commitment and that it's just another social media outlet would get her here. Then you could help her get a lightning wallet and will zap her massive amounts of sats and then maybe that will spark some interest in her. Keep tying to fit it in the conversation when and where you think its safe too. You rock :-)
