this might be one of those “we dont talk about that” things but if you want to follow the tax law with regards to zaps what are you even sopposed to do?

if i zap someone am i making s non taxable gift? or am i cashing out by making a payment for a post?

doesn’t make any sense that i am making a payment since i can see the content without zapping but i know tax man wants to steal my money.
