How does (will) a Nostr client make money? Surely it can't be purely charitable?

Snort already has subscriptions. I think the idea is to add premium features that justify the subscription.
The only issue right now is that subscriptions are not auto-renewing and people forget to renew (myself and Kieran included).
Also, need more incentives for paid sub I think. Not compelling enough yet.
