Once I called a macaron "that pink thing".
So it went like this:
"Can I try one of these pink things please?"
"You mean a macaron?"
"Yeah, that one."

If it were written down I could try and read it, but when you say something French to me, I can't make out how to say it back.
Nah these days the ai on phone recognises the text on images so I point just the camera on a menu and if I dont forget to change the tts to french, its a great party trick. Otherwise it's bad english anyway hahah.
