Whatever % you stack monthly, ask for that in bitcoin. Remove your burden/friction of conversion and show demand to employers. If an employer gets enough demand they’ll consider how to get bitcoin. Which might mean accepting it for payments.

Also, earning bitcoin necessitate selling it. Whether for fiat or goods/services. Might not be ready for that yet (my wife ain’t) but there will be a time soon enough.
