Okay, fair enough. Relays coordinate and anyone is free to run a relay
But what if some relays don't coordinate
Do you leave em out of your fairplay consortium?

They won't be "default" relays, but they won't be censored by any "real" client.
So think about what happens to producers of:
- Child pornography
- Nazis
- Snuff
- Terrorists
A free protocol means they can run nodes and communicate. They won't be "popular" but they also won't be stopped. Anyone can add those relays to their client. And anyone can choose to *remove* those relays *from their own feed*.
