It's an observation I've made for quite some time and it's probably unfair because there are good people that have lived long prosperous lives. For the evil ones, I think it has to do with selfishness and a lack of empathy that they love only themselves and no one else. They worry and stress less and they live selfishly well.

Maybe they feed off of other people's misery.
Watched my dad do all the right shit. Never drank, never smoked. Avoided it at all costs as his dad was diagnosed with multiple myeloma at 67 years old. At 67 years old, my marathon running father got diagnosed with CLL.
Obviously hereditary immune issues. Still can’t wrap my head around it though. Doesn’t seem just. But that’s life.
I'm sorry for your loss. Acceptance isn't such a terrible thing in the end.
