How about running some Linux distro instead?
nostr_console does not work in default windows cmd, powershell, and wt ( it fails to enter strings properly). its apparently an issue with windows terminal, and if you install this version, it should work https://github.com/microsoft/terminal/releases/tag/v1.19.10302.0
