Nobody. That is why I said it's probally his biggest fear. Although, I don't believe he'll have anything to worry about. And it would probably all work out because it's a different culture today. It'll all come out in the wash.

There are court proceedings he could start now in absentia. Although, he would have to initiate everything. It would look better on him if he tried something to make mends. They would allow him to bond.

He could demand extradition in all alleged charges against him and they would have 180 days to transport him or all could be dismissed. Or, he could file civil petitions for protection. You never know unless you try.
