Fort Myers is ranked No. 8 on WalletHub’s 2023 Best Small Cities to Start a Business list.

The digital personal finance website compared the business friendliness of more than 1,300 small-sized cities with a data set of 18 key metrics ranging from average growth in the number of small businesses to investor access to labor costs. Fort Myers produced a score of 60.21.
