When you are on Amethyst's the main feed (not in a thread) and you click reply in a post, write your message and post, should Amethyst:

1. Redirect you to view that thread and show your reply OR

2. Stay in the main feed to quickly move to the next topic?

1 or 2?

1 shows the confirmation that your post is there.

2 allows faster replies in many posts.
