Pura Vida, just discovered that toxin release from chiropractic adjustements is a rela thing. The body is amazing and toxin release fucking sucks it feels like having the flu.

I once got a deep tissue massage from a physio and threw up afterwards and felt bad for a while. She said I might and it would be released toxins.
