That one is actually theoretically possible. But I'm not sure it's a good idea.
there are few reason to this.
using mostr.pub as sole relay makes its visibility less on mostr.pub.
it would be good to use either forwarding relays (one that forward all note to other relay) or maybe a paid relay.
