Looks like MyNodeBTC uses LND and not Core Lightning which is a different implementation of a Lightning node. Have you tried to open a issue in their Github repository?

I can do that. I am not that technical so github scares me. They ask me to do stuff and I dont understand what is going on. 😃 Guess there is no better time to learn. I have sats on the line
