Writing can indeed be therapeutic!

Indeed! I've noticed that if I'm really upset or annoyed, I can just write Rust and my mood improves. I call it "Rust therapy"... One example is a precursor to my work on carbonado.io, it was called Forage, and it was a Rust therapy project I did after getting fired from my job working on Filecoin. I just had so many ideas filling my head, to keep from being overwhelmed, I had to write them down.
Have you done other kinds of journaling?
I'm honestly not sure how that would work. My mind spends too much time outside my life to think about writing about it. Do you? Is that helpful? And how do you do it?
I do journal sometimes and would like to be more consistent about it... when I do, I just usually write about whatever's on my mind. Sometimes I'll write it out longhand, other times type into my notes software
I see why you brought that up! I do that sometimes, just not in any formal fashion, just if I'm thinking about something a lot and need to get it off my mind.
I spend too much time typing at a keyboard that I can't write longhand anymore, or even cursive. I have trouble even signing papers. I just don't have the muscles for it, and the strain causes stress on my carpal tunnel.
Well, there's plenty of good note software out there, I use Joplin https://joplinapp.org/ but Obsidian has its fans, and there are others
I have an Obsidian subscription, myself, but when I asked how, I was thinking more like, do you use prompts or any special techniques?
