My theories are:
1. Spanish speaking majority towns becoming more prevalent across the nation. These already exist all over the place in border states, FL, etc. But you will see it even in bumfuck nowhere rural America (if it's not already like that, I haven't been there).
2. Devaluing of labor even more. You want a min wage hike? haha nah we'll get someone else to do it for cheaper. Preaching to the choir I know, but the issue gets me extra mad.
- As a side note I love how the tech industry does this with the guise of being helpful with workers visas, only to make the workers slave extra hard for the same pay.
3. Further problems with law enforcement and the justice system (people are less likely to talk to cops under any circumstances if it outs their status, even if it helps catch a criminal. Or they are criminals / affiliated with criminals).
4. A sharp increase in children selling Chicletas across the US Interstate Highway system.
As for how it'll affect anyone in power? I honestly don't think it will at all. Half the country is divided on open borders being racist or not. The people who continue to look the other way while cartels abuse children for money could have their kids killed by Norte's doing a drive by. They still wouldn't admit that uncontrolled immigration is a problem.
