So i did a stupid search, first i asked the duckduckgo AI and got surprised, second i looked up the wikipedia page about it and got even more surprised, because everything seems to trailing to this path.

Not that wikipedia is a good source at all, but it got a really honest page about neo-feudalism. But it sources to an old and removed article from the internet that can be found on archive.today
