Its currently on Coinomi, and i have read that coinomi is no longer being supported. She said when she tried to exchange it to btc, it takes her to something called Changely? So it scared her and she didnt proceed. If i can help her get the Eth to Exodus (which she also has), then it should be easy from there. Unless this Changely is legit and we can exchange it there.
