I was taught in the basics of education that yawning the reason why people do it is because it's a reaction. Keyword there reaction well a reaction to what the fact your bodies lacking oxygen AHHHHHH the force of that air's flying in fast. Tired you out that's why you feel sleepy & if your a fat sloth you'll lick your lips & grovel too.
So if you breathe & not hold your breath for hours this won't happen. Some people have this concept that breathing is some magic where you don't feel your body move but the air gets in. If your nose mouth & stomach move the oxygens moving capish?
Try to practice everyone doesn't get it right all the time when you breathe in stomach expanda out if your stomachs going in stop idk wtf ur doing but wrong. Breathe out stomach goes in okay simple. Why do the best smeer the best because it makes money.
