Okay, I now pull the kinds 3, 30000, 39089, 39092 when you login and cache the results, and then I check and update the cache, if it's stale, at every @ query, to make sure I don't miss anyone.
Just pushed that to an active PR. The guys love when I make major changes to an active PR.

That should have been really obvious, but it wasn't.
Another issue is that they aren't checking your outbox relays for your lists, so their data is stale, but we have that covered.
