Does anyone here have a consistent method to be able to type Spanish language accents (á, ñ, etc) across Windows and Linux desktops using the #Dvorak keyboard layout?

I really like the Windows Powertoys "Quick Accents" method (letter held down + spacebar) but can't seem to find a way to replicate it on #Debian #Linux.

I tried Dvorak International but could install it on Windows due to being quarantined by my Antivirus.

I'm used to being fairly niche in my interests but this is next level...
