So they actually host the file on YouTube. Can you set your RSS to YT and host for free there?

Seems that way. Has a slot for the RSS URL. After that is asks some questions and then starts uploading your episodes with all the descriptions and show notes.

Not sure about Chapters, Transcripts, etc. I'll find out when some of my more recent shows become available.
