2021 was an anomaly. I remember graduating after the great financial crisis and I was just grateful to get experience in my field when my friends were doing stuff unrelated to their majors bc the job market was so bad. Beggars can’t be choosers. Employees need jobs more than employers need them . The free money era is over and tech is fantastic. Automation will continue
