It’s absolutely wild that Americans are ok with their president shit posting AI slop memes on the internet in the middle of the night.
What if the Chinese president went on Twitter and posted photos of Chinese skyscrapers on Malibu or South Beach? Americans would have a fit.
If the Chinese president says he’s ready for war we have to take that as full scale invasion talk. If they say “war” it can be taken only one way. But when the US president uses the word it can mean damn near anything.
The US president has claimed that cities in America are war zones and less safe than places like Somalia. Imagine saying that as a president. Not some loud mouth in a bar, drunk, wearing camo not during hunting season, but the president. How could anyone around the world take the US president seriously? Wildly his supporters are OK with all of it. No matter how wrong or embarrassing their guy is about everything they have his back. No matter how bad his math is or how big the lie they are ok with it. The only thing they have in common with this guy is racism and it’s non negotiable for them. It’s their most important voter issue.
Historically nations have leaped ahead of the world if they had an access to a higher level of technology which gave them some major advantage over others. Weapons. Now we’ve basically gotten to the point where there will be a stalemate in technology. Then what? Equilibrium for the world. The supply and demand for the truth will become decentralized. No one will know more than anyone else. This alone should end all wars. Invasion is only possible if you have things others don’t.
The standard that the American president is being held is so below the level of any other country.
Weren’t we promised as American citizens that North Korea would never become what they’ve become today? Look at the debt we’ve accumulated, Vietnam, Iraq, and Afghanistan were huge failures. We were promised that North Korea would never have nukes and they do now AND their government/military/citizens are using cyber crimes against us at will. They are so successfully attacking us with cyberattacks and it’s not going to stop because we really can’t do anything about it. We ain’t invading they got nukes now.
We pay for a military that we can’t actually use on our real enemies and then randomly use it on countries that did nothing to us and really just want to be left a lone.
The bar is so low on the right it’s embarrassing.
