If phone calls come to Nostr how we going to deter spam calls?

Easy...you have to pay over lightning to make a call. Or a setting for users to require payment for calls to go through with the option to whitelist npubs such as friends and follows for 0 sat calls.
A whitelist I can see, but if a user really wants to call you they’ll pay the fee

Yep...service providers and users need to have the option to charge sats for everything for nostr to work and actually be something different that doesnt become a cesspool of ads and data tracking.
Devs got Nostr up and running im sure someone can get this up to. In Devs we trust and verify 🫡

That's how I would use it because I like the fact that when I'm using this. It's not tied to me no email no phone number. So if they make it like when you make a profile that you generate a private key. That would be dope like you generate a Phone number or something like that that would be pretty dope..
