I never started the books because I doubted he would ever actually finish the series. HBO killed any remaining interest.
They fucked up the show badly but the books are still worth it.

Oof, wasn’t familiar with that author but just looked him up. Brutal.
Both of these are so brutal because I enjoyed them so much and then you have Sanderson over there making them both look like bums
yeah Sanderson just churns them out left and right like it’s nothing. meanwhile i’m just crossing my fingers i read the third one before i die with rothfuss
