so true! i blame the modernity on how alienated from nature people are 🤕 yet we can’t deny how connected (even depended) we are – just as a part of it.
and re-building this relationship with nature is a wise thing to do

still remember how my dad gifted me (about 12yo) a casio watch which showed the moon phase and i found out i have the worst sleep on the new moon
