As part of the work I've been doing to build the git-centric community platform Flotilla-Budabit with nostr:npub16p8v7varqwjes5hak6q7mz6pygqm4pwc6gve4mrned3xs8tz42gq7kfhdw I've hacked together a browser extension that let's you easily publish Git repository announcements, NIP-C0 code snippets and the proposed NIP-34 permalink events directly from the GitHub web page:
