Trying to make a small (~200,000 sat) tx and CashApp keeps refunding my bitcoin. Anyone else dealt with this weird issue?

-click send > add info > priority > confirm

-“you initiated a withdrawal for x sats”

-deducts the sats from my account

-30 seconds later re-credits the balance

Any ideas or similar experiences?
