🔥 The #EU is crumbling. Sovereignty under siege.

The #WEF always openly undermined freedom and sovereignty, while #Spain now explicitely tightens its grip, crushing its people’s voice and failing to uphold national independence.

Been witnessing #Europe for the last decade. Only heading down.

#Bitcoin #Nostr

Are we watching the fall of sovereignty, or the rise of resistance?!

There’s light at the end of the tunnel I think. The Green Deal seems to be almost abandoned.

Is there? I don't see it. Please share how you see the green deal changing anything.

It’s the main agenda for the establishment and they’re reversing course. The business struggle with the increased energy costs and demands and are pulling out their funding. It’s a train wreck on slow motion imho.

I see that differently:

1st that this only project will affect anything.

2nd. For me it's about the shitty road they're heading towards:

Control + oppression + family values breakdown by design + individual sovereignty breakdown by design.

🚨Immagine that "by law" i can not change my diesel house heating boiler to another diesel one. if it breaks down, I am obliged by the government to only get a gas one. you're FORCED to install what they want you to have. not for the environment, but for something far more concerning. Just for them to control when to switch the on/off button of my house supply whenever they want at the price they want. fuck that. no one tells me what i want and how i want to run my household.

🚨Gun rights are way fucked up. As per the law of the country am in, i can only hit an intruder - in my own house, in my kids' room - only with a bottle of wine or a newspaper, no weapons can be used. fuck that too, am killing the mf.

We’re on the same page. I see the problem and I hate the idea of my family living in a digital gulag. Still I’m hopeful that when the Green Deal finally crumbles it will create a domino effect that will sweep all the authoritarian bureaucrats and parasites and the EU will pivot towards more freedom (hopefully the Trump effect exists and makes at least a little difference).

am hoping for the best, planning and prepping for the worst.

Indeed!

Hard to ignore the parallels between Europe’s struggles and recent events in the US. Both seem to point toward a larger trend of centralized powers tightening their grip at the expense of individual freedoms and national sovereignty.

But with resistance movements growing, whether through decentralized tools like #Bitcoin or platforms like #Nostr, there’s hope for a pushback.

Hopefully, this marks the beginning of a larger awakening rather than the end of sovereignty. Hopefully people will wake up to reality and take action before is too late.

Indeed. Yet the US is working hard on fixing its internal productivity whereas the EU is snoozing. And the nostrichs who are awake are a fraction of the minority. Imo for any change to happen it will take much more time. I won't being waiting until then to move.
