the distro doesn't matter. what matters is not having/relying on 3rd party software. umbrel is selling you a server solution you don't need. it's almost as bad as keeping your coins on Robinhood. run Bitcoin core or Bitcoin knots on an old laptop or old pc, it probably costs less anyway.
