To all the degens who made it to Tokio: I envy you, and to make this envy stronger, I recommend you try this little gem in Shibuya. I found it in 2000, and returned there every time I came to Tokio. Their special dish is "Zako Grill", and it's to die for.
You won't be disappointed.
