Yea I’m not sure what his angle is, he’s not a dumb guy. I’m guessing it’s just trying to continue to quietly accumulate privately while there is still a somewhat early mover advantage for these large institutions? I don’t know if that’s too far wacko conspiracy theorist thoughts or spot on 😂😂🤷♂️
