Bitch, even if Satoshi wasn't dead and taken those coins to his grave, there are still 1.66M coins to mine and whales gonna carry on distributing coins in every bull market still to come. Plenty to go around.

And massive ownership doesn't equate to control of the network or digital Cantillion. They're pointing out why Bitcoin is so much more superior to PoW.
