โ€œEccentricโ€ contractions (think of when u squat to jump vertically but right before u jump u drop ur butt 2โ€ and explode into the jump) are way harder on tendons and muscles but these are the typical motions of athletics

Isolated/Isometric (avoiding that small eccentric contraction before firing muscle) contractions are effective in strength building but not as effective in practical stretching๐Ÿซก
