Thanks for the suggestions. I bought a gigantic bottle of Kirkland branded Omega 3, but my pal mentioned that I can't just grab any ole bottle of the stuff. Apparently in the States there's not much regulation to vitamins so I need to be more responsible with those purchases.

Yes, Costco products are not Scientifically proven. Costco is just big in the business and have people who’ll buy with all the diff bottles and colors etc etc etc ….
