Each country has their own restrictions and challenges for VPN to overcome, and I think there is no one-size-fits-all option, we need to battle certain countries, restrictions with country, specific tools, so says my wife

The same with #IVPN. If the esim works, I can't see why the VPN wouldn't, with the added bonus of not being linked to you. For that to succeed properly, you would need a phone that has never been linked to you too. That is, you didn't buy the phone from a service provider. If you're not concerned about the privacy and tracing, no worries, use what you have. Just food for thought my friend.
