Some states are removing the sales tax on gold so it can be used as money. Great to see. Next up, removing the capital gains taxes on these and other commodities like Bitcoin?? Sure hope so.
Capital gains is federal, but they could remove the state part if they have it. Even better would be to just secede.
You might get your wish soon! I agree, although I'm a bit nervous what kind of backlash might ensue from people who are jealous of control and want a strong central authority.
